Telkom worst service provider

Ive been using Telkom since October 2019, they debit my account on a monthly basis. On the 14-11_2019 had to go and do a deposit because they had sent a message that my services will be cut off, whereas the fault is with them failing to debit my account. Paid R507 yet today 09/12/2019 i get a call from their collections agent bham daya attorney's saying I owe them R676, which i paid due to their failure to debit my account. I dont understand this type of service because we had agreed on the date they should debit mg account, yet im getting calls now from their attorneys. Their pinetown outlet is the worst their stuff members don't know what customer service is.
