Telkom worst service provider

Telkom is the WORST service provider ever. Our landline phone was removed by Telkom and was supposed to be replaced with a wireless phone. We've been waiting since September 2018 till date. Numerous calls were logged and we still waiting. Everybody at the call centre is useless and dont know what they are doing. CAN we PLEASE have our device back because this is so inconvenient for mom as she is a pensioner. Last call that was logged was 07/02/2019.
