Telkom = worst service provider

Posting this on behalf of my parents: They have been without Telkom service since December 2017(cables were apparently ****** and they were not going to replace it) - yet they still receive an invoice monthly!! They have sent MANY emails to request cancellation, with no luck. After phoning about 100 times we were informed we should request for cancellation on their website...we did do that, still no luck!! They are still receiving an invoice and when we phone the Telkom agent says they will send an email to escallate te case... not sure if this is even done! WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!
