Telkom - Worst service Provider !!

On the 17th of December 2018 ,the internet and landline went down. I have reported numerous complaints. I have received a call by a Telkom consultant after the first report. I was promised a technician to review the fault, till date the technician has not arrived(approximately 21 days with out service) This lack of efficiency has proved Telkom is the worst service provider.
