Telkom worst service provider

On the 5th of December made a payment to Telkom for my suspended phone, however the reference I used was incorrect. I called in and they promised to do the reallocation. It's been 12 days now. I am still getting nowhere with Telkom. Everytime I call I have to resend the proof of payment. The worst is there are no details of my calls on their system. Telkom has the worst service ever. I would really normt recommend anyone to use Telkom
