Telkom- Worst service provider

Telkom is by far the worst service provider in the telecommunications sector . From their call centre to their stores the service is pathetic . Firstly you can't get hold of customer care because they are always busy that just shows how bad the service is . The stores send you back to customer care . How does the company still exist . It's dissapoint that this is the level of service we receive as customers. I've been trying to cancel a contract for the past 3 months I was told to email a cancellation for which I filled in and sent through . I was told to go on the app and request cancellation and did that too . But now I'm still being billed for something I don't use .
