Telkom worst Service Provider

Telkom can’t give you an exact answer when you suspended line would be unsuspended... I have paid the amount and all telkom billing says is that it doesnt reflect on their side! So my question is??? Do you have any idea what you are doing because if you paid the account it cant take more than 24 hours for a line to be working again... this is pathetic
