Telkom worst service provider

Telkom as a service provider are *****. they give u a date when ur line will be fixed and never show up. when u call them about it the date has now moved. this happend to me 4 times in one week and my line is still down. i need internet to do my work, telkom wont do anything about it. if u cant provide a service on a adsl line then u should be able to have a backup to keep people connected but not telkom they dont care. but at the end of the month they want to get paid for a service that was not given. never use telkom they will only give u endless amount of lias and anger.
