Telkom - Worst service in SA

Worst service ever. Telephone down since 9/02. Reported numerous times. Every time the same answer. They are attending to the problem. 9/2 said the issue is excalated with urgency - today ( 13/2) call centre cant help because technicians will be in contact when someone is assigned. They cannot give any cintact details for technician. If after 4 days technician is not assigned on their excalations - what happens to other issues?
