Telkom- Worst Service in Africa! 3 years and the same problem!! and you have no cable in stock??? Pathetic

Another disappointment with the service. I have had enough with your poor attitude and your basic ****** way in doing business. my line has been down every month for 3 weeks per month. yes IT ONLY WORKS 1 WEEK PER MONTH!! the most recent 20minute call to you was that the cable was ****** and it affects my neighborhood. Strange, in that my whole neighborhood had their lines connected in 2 days and I am waiting for 3 weeks because you do not have cable in stock. this is the feedback I got from the call center agent. your contractors are also hopeless and 4 weeks ago(when the line was working) came in on a Sunday at 07h10am , and spent 2 minutes and fixed the repeated problem which I have for 3 years now. how do you do business? because I am non white that everybody else in my white neighborhood gets connected besides me? you are pathetic in the way you do business and should not even advertise your specials. Telkom is the worst business to deal with in the country. please cancel my line and come pick up all your ****!
