Telkom: Worst service imaginable
Telkom has the worst service imaginable! We have been struggling since 27 March to get a new line installed. Either the there is an error on the system but no one notify's us or the order goes "missing". All of this while constantly waiting and phoning. I am at my end with the poor service we receive from Telkom.

I have yet to receive any help or assistance... I would really appreciate it if we could have everything settled by today, 04/05/2018. At the moment we are waiting for the line to be switched to an ADSL line. The service I have received has been non-existent... Why are the replies "private"?
