Telkom Worst Service I have ever experienced

Worst Service we have ever experienced, we have be struggling now for a month without wifi, logged case after case but no update received. I call every day to ask for an update they just say the case is still open and they will attend to it. I would not recommend Telkom to anyone. Useless!! And to top it all off the consultant's are not friendly nor helpful.
