Telkom worst service experience

Telkom is pathetic! The service or lack thereof is mind boggling. I canceled my line and everyday I have to call to follow up as nothing gets done. The cancelation is not showing on their system and the agents drop the call when they feel like it. I escalated the call so man6 times but not senior manager has the decency to contact a client to sort the issue out.
