Telkom WORST service ever with rude consultants. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

Around January while in the mall i saw Telkom's poster /Advert regarding the fibre. went and enquired and ended up taking a contract with them. This was before 20 January 2022. i waited for more that 2 months and i kept bothering the lady i took a contract from. Fine, finally the fibre was installed by Frogfoot 2 weeks ago and i was told i needed to call telkom to activate the internet, i did that and dololo. not a day passed without calling telkom to active this stupid fibre and most consultants ended up hanging up on me once the quick set was failing. i am not seating in a situation where i cancel my rain debit order and stuck without internet for months. i was told they have dispatched a consultant will assist me on 25/03/2022 when i made a follow up on that morning. Dololo, this have impacted so negatively in my business, you try to make means meet and you have companies like Telkom wo take people for a ride, every time i call I'm told take reference for your call nweee nwee, at this point i am frustrated and i need this people to come and remove this installation as quickly as possible.
