Telkom- worst service ever.

Telkom has suspended my WiFi yet they made a debit order from my account on the 27th of August. It has been seven days since the debit order and yet they say they cannot see the payment. I went to Eastgate today and the service I received was pathetic. I still don’t have WiFi and since I work from home my work is stuck. I wanted to cancel and they told me I couldn’t since I am suspended, yet I have submitted proof showing that they debited my account. This is the third time this is happening and I really regret joining Telkom. I still don’t have WiFi. In fact they don’t even deserve a single star.
