Telkom- worst service ever - dont ever use telkom

For the last 13 Months now I have to constantly phone Telkom to get my ADSL service sorted. I'm on a 4mb uncapped line and for 99.9% of the time that I have had this line with Telkom I get download speeds of between 0.28mbps and 0.78mbps . Internet connection gets dropped every 20 minutes and is of for 10 minutes. I cant work like this . I have used probably over R15000 worth of data in the last 12 month because Telkom is unreliable.

When you phone Telkom it takes weeks for them to come out , when they do come out and fix the problem it lasts a day, sometimes only a hour or two then back to same old ****. since December 2017 Telkom has been out here probably 15 times . Come on Telkom. You want the monopoly on the fixed line services, fix your ****.
