Telkom worst service ever

Hallo, I have taking LTE Wifi through Telkom and since I have received it in March the experience is bad. I have complained and fighting since then. April 2023 I received a case no and still nothing has been done except that the tower in our area is vandalized and it is not my problem. I want it cancelled and it has been a struggle, now if I want it to be cancelled I must pay penalties and I am not going to do that. Every month Telkom takes the hole amount for half the service that I get from them and no one is helping me at all, telling me I have to wait until the case is resolved. Its been 6 months later and still nothing from them. I don't know what to do anymore or who to speak to. i am throwing away my money and they just don't care about their clients. Even the router box that I received has not been working since day one and they take that money every month as well
