Telkom - Worst service ever!

The worst service ever! From dealing with ****ty Mondo to dealing with Telkom directly, this service is disappointing! I regret signing up for a 24 month contract and I actually want to cancel and give this piece of **** phone back with it's piece of **** package and gladly pay for it. As long as I'm done dealing with ****ing telkom. The reception is complete ****, constant latency and dropouts, and not being given accurate information about the contract when signing up by both Telkom staff and Mondo staff. Can an Ombud of telkkm get hold of me so I can get rid of this piece of **** telkom and go with a solid provider instead?
