Telkom worst service ever

My contract with telkom started in 2022. I upgraded in Feb this year. The 1 devoce was ****** so I went back for assistance and they did an early upgrade for me... That was on the 13th of July. Telling me that the amount for the ****** phone, which is about R12 600, will be deducted monthly. So I went with it. I have been struggling since the 23rd of July to get this fixed as I received a sms saying my account in overdue and I have not been paying and my credit limit is exceeded. I called amd asked the lady to fix this because this was not was I was sold.. It is September now and I have been calling at least once a week as well as went to the store to try and fix this but apperently it keeps on being refered to the wrong apartment. On Saturday 31 July, they deducted the full amount from my account and ofcourse I dont have that amount, hence I was trying to fix their mistake. So the debit ordet bounced so all I am left with after 2 months of struggling is a debet order that bounced and my name in the credit world dragged through the mud ( like I am not trying to build it ). All because of incompitent people sitting in a call centre not knowing what the F they are suppose to do. Not fixing the issue there customer has, just wanting the money. I havr been waitimg on their line now for over 20minutes waiting for someone in the accounts department amd they are not able to assist me. Very very poor servicr from telkom. Unfortunatly I am stuck with them for the next 3 years but once my contract is done I am DONE with them and I will never roccomend telkom to any one, because all the do is appologise and say that this happens often. They dont care about the customers at all. I dont know if they are getting the training that they are suppose to or are they just dumb in the sence of they dont know what they are doing and all that was suppose to be done is the amount was suppose to be split up in 36 installments and the other devices installment should be added. How is that diffucult. It is a simple plus and devide sum. I am very frustrated with this. And I cant even speak to a manager. Do they even have people in charge ?????
