Telkom - Worst service ever

The landline cables in our area were ****** more than a week ago. It took Telkom 3 days to tell us that, and that they are not fixing it. Now we are struggling to divert our landline to a cellphone so that clients can still get hold of us. This have been our number for the last 9 years, which mean several of our clients will not be able to get hold of us. Telkom does just say they cannot help as the line does not work...
