Telkom-worst service ever and there is no complain department

My contract with Telkom has ended and was month to month. I requested a cancellation in January 2018 and this has still not been done. Up until March they are still debiting my account. I have sent e-mails complaining about this to 4 different people and still nothing has happened. Do not take a contract with Telkom the service is pathetic. I want my money back TElkom!!!!
