telkom worst service ever

i m so very disappointed with Telkom by far , i have been reporting my internet not working for the past few days and i am still waiting for them to come fix my line , the sad part is that every month they are the first ones to deduct their monies from our accounts but when it comes to customer service hai shame you are the worst , my ref number that was given to me by your consultants are as follows ***8 & ***5 please do something as i need to proceed with my duties
