TELKOM WORST SERVICE EVER

<p>App**** on 17 March 2017 for Uncapped Internet R 599 promotion package and was promised Free WiFi-enabled Modem and WiFi range extender.</p> <p>Received only the mode during the second week of April 2017. Made numerous phone calls since mid April 2017 to 10213 on a weekly basis. Spoke to advisors/managers/supervisors without success. Everytime I was promised the issue will be escalated and it will be delivered soon???. Three and a half months later still waiting!!!! Four different order numbers that cannot be traced by Courier It.</p>
