TELKOM WORST SERVICE EVER

My internet has been off for 11 days and i work from home. I've called, went to a store, in boxed them and all that but still no internet. You can't link your account on the app cause that functionality is not working and can't log a ticket on web cause that part is broken. No one calls back even if you choose the call back option more that 10 times. This is the worst service ever and to grown it all they still billing me up until today although the agents say they can see the line is off. The agent said to me on a call about 5 miss ago "mam you can't say the customer comes first"
