Telkom Worst Service Ever

Receiving the worst treatment from telkom, the call centre is rude and cut the call if they don't want to help you, especially the 1 call centre consultant SIPHO, they suspended my service after my account has been debited on the 25th March and now all 4 of my sims are suspended and no one can help me, So 4 members of my family have no phones and cannot phone even in an emergency. Each time I call I have to speak to a different consultant and relay the story and still nothing, asked for the Managers details and no one wants to give it to me.
