TELKOM WORST SERVICE EVER

Telkom cut of my cellphone 2 months ago. I have been trying for the last month to get it reconnected but Telkom is useless!. All I get is "I do not have access to your details. I am sending an e-mail to my supervisor who will contact you." After countless of these answers no supervisor has phoned me back and my mobile is still suspended. This mobile is part of my ADSL contract and they use the excuse of "it is a mixed account and I cannot see the details." I am sick of trying to get Telkom to reconnect my cell phone. I do not owe them ANY money. My account is paid up to date!!
