Telkom - worst service ever!!!!

Service is **********!

I have been with Telkom for close to 10 years… And this is most probably the worst service in history!

The issue has been on going for 3 months and still not resolved! None of the staff listen. And it’s ridiculous.

All payments have been made and up to date. This issue has been going on since April!

I am now fed up. I have never missed a payment ever.

All proof of payments have been sent as my account is debited monthly.

I have all the proof and all the messages on my phone. Their service is disgusting. And even though my account is up to date i get reported to collections and my phone has been off for almost 2 weeks.

I’m now fed up with this!

All they have to say is we have requested feedback. I’ve been waiting for feedback for 2 months?
