Telkom, worst service ever!

Worst service! Took out a new contract,needed to port current number to new contract. It’s a month later and I had to go in several times to get an update as you cannot phone the branch, Canal walk in particular, and the consultants say they will e-mail you the progress but they don’t and it is still not finalized. In this is a business line which is now not in use due to the port that is not finalized so I am loosing business!! Not a happy customer and I will be closing all my accounts as they come to end and move over to a service provider that wants to help me.
