TELKOM WORST SERVICE EVER

Telkom has the worst customer service ever. I cancelled my contract with them, internet has been cut off, but I still receive bills from them. The contact centre Is useless, as you keep on holding with a voice message that says all their agents are currently busy. I NEED SOMEONE FROM TELKOM TO CONTACT ME TO SORT OUT THIS ISSUE. THIS IS SO UNPROFFESIONAL FOR A BIG COMPANY LIKE TELKOM. VERY DISGUSTED WITH THEIR SERVICE.
