TELKOM WORST SERVICE EVER

<p>Telkom sales lady at the Richards Bay store sold me a look alike wireless phone. After numerous complaints that the the service does not work it was escalated to the store manageress. She asked me to keep the phone active, Telkom was going to put a tower in our area. I paid for a year for the service that did not work. During the year i lodged serveral complaints and disputes, and asked them to cancell my service. The branch mangeress did not cancel the service. I have been billed and now have been handed over to a debt collector to revocer the money i own them for non service.</p> <p>Telkom does not care about their clients, their motive is to achieve targets with or without service or client satisfaction.</p>
