Telkom worst service ever.

For 2 years if been trying to get help from Telkom. I'm phoning then non stop. The promise solutions and that they wil phone me back. Nothing happens. I've even paid to get help and stil no one cares. Is this why we are living in this beautiful country just to be *******. Do I need to be *******ed and bribe someone just to get help. Am I just a nobody.
