Telkom worst service ever!!!

Telkom sends a message to say my case has been resolved , Resolved how???hello did any staff member for Telkom contact me in any form , no call, email or smoke signal but my case is resolved !! what nonsense is that . Worst telecommunications company, they fail to do the service that offer , how useless , case number ***2 I will be shocked if telkom even bothers to respond to this
