TELKOM WORST SERVICE EVER

Telkom SA has the worst Customer service I have ever experienced. We requested our lie to be moved to a new address the 26th of April 2019- We were assured it will be done in 14 days - We considered the public holidays, but now after many phone calls we still have no line, and every time a manager or consultant has a different excuse. They expect you to pay but no service is provided at all. Disgusted. Please refrain from using Telkom SA, wasted and lost Thousands due to their incompetence.
