Telkom-worst service ever

Closed our account with Telkom a year back and requested our money back for the 6 months that we had NO lines at home. Now we get smses that we have been handed over to the lawyer and we need to pay. How on earth is this possible!!!!We closed the account and we have proof thereof. Now we have to deal with this *******. Absolutely pathetic!!!!
