Telkom - worst service ever!!

I ordered an adsl about 2 years or so ago. When it was installed, the technician never completed the installation, the point he temporarily installed was problematic and we stopped using the adsl a couple of weeks later. Despite reporting this problem nothing has happened. Now Telkom is threatening legal action because we refuse to pay the bill.

Totally ridiculous - to this day I have open wires and a open connection box in my bedroom!
