Telkom worst service ever

Telkom phones to offer some specials so you give all your details ext and after 3 weeks you phone them just to find out it was declined and if ypu ask why they rude and put the phone down in your ears. We have been with telkom for years and this is unexceptable. Worst service ever. Il never recomend telkom
