TELKOM - WORST SERVICE EVER
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!
I've had a uncapped internet account with TELKOM for 2 months now and it hasn't worked 1 day!!!
If I phone them they just say they are working on it every freaking day but surprise surprise nothing changes.
WELL DONE TELKOM! Its because of people and companies like you that we are where we are in our country! Its ALWAYS great when a service providing companies prides themselves in giving no serve at all.

I would like for someone to contact me. I would like to close my account. I really don't have any hope or confidence that this will ever be resolved. I did not take out internet because I need it in 2020, I actually needed it for studying purposes 3 months ago, due to Telkom my studies are behind and I have penalties.
All I want is for someone to phone me to cancel my account.
