Telkom - Worst Service Ever
DONT EVER TAKE ANY PRODUCTS WITH TELKOM.
We’ve taken a contract (data package) with them in 2016 and till date the package is incorrect.
Initially I went instore within 7 days to cancel and return the product but was told by Telkom staff that they’ll correct my contract. Turns out they never did sh#t.
Months went by and then a call comes telling me they’ll correct the mistake. Again wrong package.
I refused to pay for something I didn’t ask for. Now they have the audacity to list me on ITC.
Telkom has a big storm coming their way. This is so ********* of them.
Seriously considering legal action.

This needs to be sorted ASAP. THe person has even tried to **** herself. This ITC listing has caused havoc in her life and none of this is her fault

Telkom respond as a “show” for everybody that views my complaint. They haven’t resolved nothing nor have they tried contacting me after me sending several requests for somebody to contact me.
I have recently been in contact with Paul Map#####to for help and he too is just not interested in helping me.
Guys, Telkom just wants our money. Don’t sign up for any of their deals or products. Read their Facebook page, it’s loaded with complaints and issues. They don’t even respond to Facebook messages and complaints. Take your money elsewhere.
