Telkom worst service ever

They contac me with a deal. I accept. They change the deal to something different with out my concent. 6 months down the line, phoning them and emailing them, even went to their branch. When I do finally come through they say they will come back to me and NOTHING has been done to resolve the problem!! I have a case number ********** 4. I have contacted them several times and they say case has been resolved. How can case be resolved if they never ever contact me.
