Telkom..... worst service ever !!

I logged a fault with Telkom on the 7th February 2023, because I have no internet connection at home. Every day I phone about 3 x times a day, and I get another story. First they say it's Vumatel has a problem, then the next day Vumatel will check all connection, and they will say its all right by them, it must be telkom. The next day Telkom, will say there is a problem with Telkom in our area. It is going for a week now, and nobody is fixing my problem. What am I paying for ?
