Worst service Telkom online service I purchased a phone via telkom online more than a year ago. Phone was not up to standard and I did not like the phone so I phoned them and the phone was collected. So know I am still paying that contract but no phone and if you phone online they are not of much help. So know I have to pay for something that I don't have So I went in store to telkom in highveld mall witbank and the lady was very helpful but she said she struggling also to get it sorted. Can't go on like that. So everytime I phone they just give me a reference nr, but nobody follow up
