Telkom Worst Service ever

<p>Whether you go into a store or call the outcome is the same, baddddd.My landline and wifi has not been working properly for over 2 months, made numerous complaints and follow ups etc.I went in to Telkom Store at Wonderpark Mall Pretoria and a oversized lady that works there was the most rudest person ever i met at any store. I called call centre 10210 spoke to Nokwazi and got the same bad attitude. Is Telkom not treating their staf well,why are they all so angry and bitter as if they are doing me a favour by assisiting me.I have not had any service from Telkom for 2 months yet i paid you in full, i am not going to pay this month because for what ecxactly am i paying there is no service, Nokwazi insist they will cut me off if i do not pay yet you do nothing from yourside for me not having a service i am paying in full for for the last 2 months. Common Telkom treat your customers with little respect and teach your staff little respect, hope there is more competitors in the future which gives us better options and service delivery.What is worse is that my phone number is shared with some one else, ********** 013 belongs to Ebrahim Jeeva myself please fix that mess up.</p>
