Telkom WORST SERVICE

I honestly wish I could provide 0 stars Two years ago I went into a Telkom branch to cancel my wifi with Telkom as contract had ended. A representative assisted me and informed WiFi has been cancelled. I also enquired if there were any other amounts to be debited or not. I was informed the debit order cancelled and will not be debited again Two years later now almost and get telephone calls from Nu debt informing will.place me on the ITC. I informed them I had cancelled my wifi and owed nothing. This is really unacceptable as I contacted the Telkom store just to be informed now a cancelation fee applies and referred me back to Nu Debt I still find this terrible service from telkom as I was not informed.in the first place of such debit. I want to escalate to their CEO now.
