Telkom worst service

I requested an upgrade with Telkom only to find out that they using a third party for the upgrade. The service is really bad because telkom cant track the order, and sell direct is telling me i cant cancel my order which has not arrived yet. Can somemeone just cancel my Telkom order upgrade?
