Telkom worst service delivery company

Worst customer care and fault repair company ever. They don't even deserve a star. I have struggled to get my ADSL line repaired for more than 21 days. I wait daily for the technician to come as the call Centre says he will come. I made arrangements from the 11 Feb that someone will be home daily from 14h30. Today while speaking to the call centre my phone line stopped working. Regret signing up with Telkom. Telkom"s service delivery is a joke.
