Telkom worst service delivery!

We are still struggling with telkom to move our line we relocated. App**** in Oct 2017 and we are still waiting. They have send out 3 technicians to come and install our line and the say it a problem with the cables and the said the will follow up ! Well we are still waiting and we are paying for this every month but still nothing has happend. We have phoned more than 20 times and still nothing! Telkom service delivery sucks really!
