Telkom worst service company

I purchased unlimited telkom data from 7pm till midnight 12pm. But that data does not work and I have LTE coverage as the normal data works... whenever I call they say either the tower down or that case been open with their support team must wait 72 hrs... I spent R249 and their call center advisors are so useless. I asked for a refund or for alternative data instead of the unlimited data as it's not working at all... but they keep refusing to help me. Where can a log a complaint as Telkom is usless and I am now without data my kids can't even do their assignments now
