Telkom worst service

Hi, I got a simcard on contract through Mondo deals in January when it was delivered it was giving me problems with the network and I cancelled it within 7 days. the agreement was that I will pay R99 but they ended up debiting more than that sometimes more that R300, which was not supposed to be debited in the first place cause I cancelled within 7 days then in March they said I will get a refund but I will get it from Telkom because it was a Telkom simcard I've been calling and sending emails to Telkom every person I talk to keeps telling me they sorting it out and nothing is happening the money they took is over R1000 right now and I need it because due to the lockdown I'm really struggling to make ends meet.
