Telkom worst service and processes ever... Sad

Telkom has still not responded to my Hello Peter complaint or contacted me. I have been continuously trying to contact them however the outsourced contact centre does not have any details and are unable to assist. Can I have urgent assistance in this matter. Today I was debited for about R900 and it's not my debit date and not my monthly payment. Why plus not one contacted me to explain any chances or edit orders.
