Telkom - worst service allround

Ordered 2 devices online 31/03/2018 and only through me following up did I eventually only receive 1 device today the 26/04/2018. When I call in to make enquiries , their systems are down and they refuse to call you back and become rude about it - Jocelyn Malaya today and Londeka Radebe yesterday. When their system wasn't down , I had to insist on being helped and listened to. As someone working in the service industry , this is by far the worst service I have ever received.
